People ask high prices for common chips all the time. Buyers can take them or leave them. The rip-off would be if there were some sort of deceit in the offer.

Go to one restaurant and you may see a baked potato listed on the menu at $5.00, while you may find it across the street offered free with the meal. The free enterprise system at work.
