Maltese Casino Chips

Hello,

I just made it back from my honeymoon in Malta. Although I did not make it to the Oracle Casino in St. Paul's Bay, nor to the Casino di Venizi in Floriana (on the opposite sides of the island), I did make it to the Dragonara Casino in St. Julian's, which wasn't far from where my wife and I stayed in Sliema.

I managed to obtain a small quantity of chips from the Dragonara. The denomination is One Maltese Lira (Lm 1), which is equal to 2.47-3.8 US Dollars. I don't have an image of the chip, but will describe it best I can: light blue with six yellow inserts, top - "DRAGONARA CASINO" in yellow, bottom - "MALTA" in yellow. Center-piece is white, bordered in yellow. Top of the center-piece has the Dragonara logo -- a stylized dragon-head in black, with a gold mane. Below the logo is the denomination, "LM 1" in yellow, bordered in black.

I will be asking $25 for each (includes postage), one per person to give as many people as possible a chance to obtain a piece. I will not accept trades. I'm asking this amount because of value of the chip, relative to US Dollars, also because Malta is set to switch to the Euro, and because its not a chip you can get easily. I also have one casino-card available, which I need to find and invalidate -- don't want to take any chances it'd be used with my info! :-)

The method of payment I'd request is certified or cashier's check or money-order. Don't send any thing now, I don't want to get checks for chips that have sold-out. The first inquiries I receive will get a positive response, and we'll go from there.

Regards,
