I have about 50 of these (different colors; some for sale). I liked to think they are crest and seal chips (flat mold; clay; litho inlay). They have a fine "linen" crosshatching finish. Anyway, Jim Blanchard once told me that they were made by the Burt Co. (about 1987-88) just before Burt folded up and became Chipco.
