I work for the Air force on the bombing range to the east and you can see the glowing lights of Wendover easily at 50 miles to the east. Also, one of their roulette chips says "since 1926" which is when they started their operation. Even though gambling wasn't "legal" yet, they probably had some slots. When the State Line and Silversmith were turned over by the banruptcy court last December, it was the end of the oldest family owned license. Will is still there, but now says "State Line Nugget"; may he live long and prosper!!!
