I have not seen any of the Feather Chips since Sycuan moved into the new building and got the new rack, getting rid of the old rack that had the $1 H&C. I expect they were chopped up at the same time the H&C rack chips were but I have no proof. However in the prior days they would leak out a chip or two at a time and that has not been the case in the last year or two.
