Depending on how many teams wind up in a league, the top 4,6 or 8 teams after 17 weeks of play will make it to the playoffs. In the playoffs, it's whoever wins the match moves on. Loser goes home. Just like the NFL playoffs in Jan.

If you're in both leagues, you'll have two seperate drafts. Two different teams. Well....mostly different. More than likely, you'll wind up with at least one player that is on both of your teams. There'll be times when you'll be rooting against yourself. Good luck !!!!
