1) Open Control Panal

2) Open adminastrative Tools

3) Open Services

4) find Messenger and double-click

5) Click stop

6) Change Startup type to Manual

7) Click apply

8) close all windows and reboot

9) This will kill most with out buying anything, but do buy a good Firewall and Virus Program because you always need them.
