Is Taylor & Company a Chicago Comapany? I remember seeing an auction for those chips and I thought it had a Chicago address on the chip itself. I bid on the item but lost out. I haven't been able to find out too much else on them. I don't collect promos or illegals but was interested in these being for Chicago myself.
