Maybe just run another auction. Say the chips are in fact fantasy. Don't mention the other seller is a fraud. Could get in trouble with ebay. Bidders would probably figure it out on their own.

I just cannot stand people like that. The people they are taking advantage of are new to chip collecting. After they find out what they have are just plain fantasy chips, they'd be turned off to Chipping for a long time
