It looks to me like there might be something wrong with the website. Notice that supposedly 2 bids werer made by Aceofclubs at the same exact time. One for $9.99 and one for $39.99 and it shows the current bid as $39.99 not $10.24 as you would expect if a bid of $9.99 was followed by a bid of $39.99.
