I noticed a Desert Inn $1 coin inlay at $39, which aroused my curiosity, and I wondered who would be bidding that much for this chip...

If I'm reading this correctly, it's the seller. Am I wrong??? Although the seller of record is a first-timer with the ID "NO", it's clearly an "AceOfClubs" auction.
