It is doubtful he works at Qwest. It is more likely that he is a Qwest customer. If everyone will send an email to:

abuse@qwest.net

and complain about this person posting unwanted messages, perhaps they will pull his account. Be sure to identify him with this IP address:

63.156.178.149

and the time that he/she posted on the board. That will help them track him down.
