How do you know it is a unique chip? 
Most errors are not unique. That is not the way the process goes. Most errors are the amount of chips in the mold at one time. I think Paul-Son runs something like 128 chips in a mold.
Chipco's ALWAYS come in pairs. I once had a 2,000 run split 668 right. 666 error and 666 a 2nd error.
