Don't do it!!

There have been many, many cases of e-mails such as this that are scams to get your credit card and password info.

Probably no connection to e-bay at all, even though it looks very authentic. You could always call e-bay to make sure an e-mail is really from them, but I believe they have stated they will never ask for your password which is one clue.
