I had a problem just yesterday with them. I couldn't access the internet and when I called they said my account was cancelled!!! I had to talk to billing TWICE before they took my CC info AGAIN and re-instated my account. If it wasn't for the email address I'd have dumped dial-up a long time ago and gone to DSL or cable!
Sounds like the left hand not working with the right for sure.
