I had an auction for which the winning bidder declined to pay. Can I have the listing & final valuation fees refunded? I offered the lot to the second highest bidder, but haven't heard back. BTW, I found it curious (actually annoying) that would not allow me to access the second highest bidder's email address. I had to send him/her a "second chance" notice thru , and I couldn't add a message to it. There was a thread here a while back suggesting that you have your email address, instead of a nickname, as your name. I now see the virtue in that!
