No the four Queens had the chip approved by the Nevada Gaming board prior to the TCR book being published so The Chip Rack included the Tarantula chip in that edition to only find out that 4 queens did not release the chip... You are correct in that they released the chip not to long ago...There is only 1 Tarantula chip....
