I have been down for a week due to a virus in my computer. I have a new Dell and I thought the installed Mcafee antivirus would save me. I was alerted that it was expiring [so much for free installed software] after only 6 mos. So after $240 for Data recovery and a new Norton antivirus program, I am back. Lesson, never go without antivirus protection.
