We've never eaten at the Barbary Coast Steak House, but I've heard it's good. After 30+ trips to Las Vegas I've formed a few opinons on steak. The All American Steak House at the Rio has one of the best steaks around (chops, too). The Steak House at Circus Circus is also excellent. If you have a car, Sonoma Cellars at Sunset Station is also excellent and worth the drive. All the hotel restaurants have good steaks, these are just my favorites.
