Definitely the same photo, but obviously he can't be selling the exact same item. More than likely his sets look pretty bad which is why he is using someone elses photo. It sure isn't "above board" and I would imagine Ebay would do something about it. Thanks for the "heads up" warning to us all. We started puting our name on our photos to prevent this type of theft.
