Although I agree that the description on this chip is not totally clear (I personally would like a seperate Ebay catagory for fantasy & home use chips to stop having them appear in my searches!), I have bought several chips from the seller and he has always supplied nice condition chips promptly, which I wish was the case with all sellers.
