LE's can not ruin the hobby!!!
No one will stop collecting chips because there are too many LE's. Although it is quite possible they will stop collecting LE's for this reason.

I wonder how many club members became members because of LE's. I will bet anyone, there are more LE collecting non members than there are in the entire membership. I see them every release date. There are always different ones coming around. I found out about the club because of LE's.

Live and let live. Collect what suits you. The member that knocks LE's is discouraging future club members.
