In my opinion NO. It does appear to be creased and also appears to have been in circulation. If it were in crisp condition, I would say hold on to it.
In its present state, it can still be found in circulation from time to time.
Who knows what 10 years might bring if you held it.
Hey at least you can still get $100 for it
