I have never known a dealer that said he liked them much less loved them.

As Robert said, many distributors called their chips speed chips.
The industry has refered to Bud Jones coin inlay as speed chips since they were 1st issued in 1973. The reference speed chips by cage and table games people is not meant in a nice way. They hate them. grin
A few years ago BJ made a full graphic over the coin inlay. It still has a coin inlay in it. No difference to dealers, still to hard to stack and cut.
BJ then came out with a ribbed version. IMO it is the best roulette offered today. Dealers I've talked to like it.
A couple years ago they came out with a new, non slippery version, no coin inlay imbedded. It is much better to handle. Hard to tell by the scans but I think that is the one the Borgota bought.
