Wow, I started typing and researching my post when there was only one or two replies in the thread. When I finally posted it, there was a herd of replies! You have to be fast here.... ..... ... Anyway, I agree with the post above that eBays's narrow list of emal forms and headers is very frustrating. They leave out the most important areas. I think if you sent them an ordinary email warning them that their headquarters was about to explode, they'd return it and ask for the proper subject heading. (g)
