Ancient Transylvanian Secret...

Two ways to do it, maybe more that someone else knows that are better and easier.

Yes it's on tape. Then a good VCR that has a good still frame. Most leave lines or have tearing.

The one for Lucky is made using a TV tuner card I bought for the computer. It allows screen image capture as well as short video clips.

I also have a Snappy card, which goes into a parallel port. It has some enhanced features, but because it uses parallel, you will need a switch, USB converter, spare port or ?

Neither is really high quality, but for fun and capture, they work just fine.

You can probably find either from online auctions or the computer "junk" sellers. I bought my TV tuner at one of the Bluestar shows for around $59 bucks. The Snappy (Play Inc.) is out of production. Be aware that the difference between version 3 and the higher priced 4 and 4 pro, whatever, is software only. The picture quality is the same after version 3, so you might pick one up cheaper.
