I think that the point is collectors are a non issue with gaming. They do not regulate us, they regulate the casinos. If we have a problem with a casino and a chip release our problem is with that casino and that is where our complaints (if any) should go. My opinion is that the more we complain to ANYONE the less LE's we will see.
