I just recently bought a chip from the closed production of a new film. My question is this; How many, and types of "Hollywood" Fantasy chips exist, and to what "productions" do they belong?

ie: Film name, Chip denominations used, actual chips produced with denomination(s), Casino name on chip...etc.
