Rick, I think you are only partially right.
From my recollection minors are now allowed to cross the casino floor when accompanied by an adult.
I'm sure that each casino may have its own rules.
I personally welcome Borgata's policy.
I frequent the Taj Mahal and things seem to be getting out of hand there.
Sometimes the lobby looks like a bazaar with all sorts of ethnic types camped there with strollers lunches and even changing diapers NOT something I need to see.
