Walter, we have also visited the Bellagio with our daughter (who is just under 3) ever since we've been coming to Vegas with her (3 times) and have always come into Bellagio to eat at the cafe and let her look at the flowers (the real ones and the glass ones in the reception area roof) and have never been stopped. I have even walked her in the stroller through the casino at 4 am when she couldn't sleep and were not questioned. I guess the rule is there so that the security staff can ask unruly kids to leave, but are (unofficially maybe) happy to have well behaved & accompanied children there?
