The Borgata Hotel/Casino and Spa has started to enforce a new policy where if you are under 18 years of age you will not be allowed to step foot anywhere on the Borgata property even if you are with a parent or guardian. This policy does not apply to persons under 18 who are with a parent/guardian who are registered guests of the hotel.
