Bob, I have noticed that being an AOL user myself it seems to have little to do with where you live. I live in Houston but have seen my same ISP address used by people in Boston and New York on the same evening. I think it has to do with which overflow router you are sent to. It seems to be a hit and miss with me as I show up having different ISP's everytime I log on.
