That was my post you probably read....

and if you will notice in a post above i've change it so that it is optional but I put a disclaimer in stating that I will not be responsible if something happens to the chip (i.e. damage or if it gets lost) and you don't pay for any postal insurance.

You have to understand David I've had a few problems when sending chips and I originally instituted a mandatory postal insurance because one time a chip worth about $50.00 that I sold on eBay got lost and of course the seller refused to pay for insurance and I ended up taking a major loss because eBay made me refund his money which to me $50.00 is a lot to lose considering he could have been telling the truth and didn't get the chip or he was lying and did get the chip but didn't want to pay for it, In either case I lost $100.00 out of my pocket.
