With all due respect, I don't think that is a fair statement. While I do believe Bill Borland made some chips with the sole intent to deceive, I don't believe he meant to deceive anyone with his series of chips that had the opening and closing dates of the casinos on the inlays. For that reason I think he'd love these chips in a retrospective kind of way. If he were still alive, I'd hope he would have a different feeling about the manufacture of these kinds of chips.
