I'm for selection "c" with a minor amendment. I would deposit the check and wait for it to clear then send the buyer a return check for $57.63 to cover your cost of return postage with a note telling the "nummy" that the chips you agreed to sell will cost the full $65.00 price that you originally quoted. If and when you receive a replacement check wait until that check clears before you send the chips. This might take a month or so to accomplish.
