Don't send the chips. Iron out the price and get a confirmation (email) that your $65 is accepted. If a Club member, send the chips. If not, then wait for the second check.
If second check does not show up, then return the first check.
Make a mental note to not deal with that person again.
BTW-I am sending you chips today. Package includes the 2003 red Archie!
