Now that's what I call a sticky situation! grin

I'm sure some of you have run into this problem before. You start collecting chips, tell friends and relatives, and find that one of your older relatives has a small collection of Las Vegas chips from way back when. The problem is that they've glued them to poster board and framed them! Sure, the fronts look fine, but the backs... Well, to quote those loveable South Park kids, "That's what I call a sticky situation!"

Does anyone have any suggestions for removing old glue, probably Elmer's, from chips? If you've had experience at this, is there any chance that the chips can be salvaged?

Thanks in advance and e-mail me if you have any ideas (or reply here if you have a good story to share).
