Haven't you been brushed with Burt-Blessings?

How come I have to do all the dirty work??
I know you have had a few less than postive aggravating bouts of frustation dealing with Burt - so anything you can add to reinforce that maybe it'd be easier, faster and more productive to consider trading with inmates than trying to complete a transaction with Discount Burt?
