After much research and a phone call to a contact at the Riv, the "misunderstanding" about which property filed for bankruptcy protection has been cleared up.

It was the CASTAWAYS and NOT the Riviera. My contact confirmed this after they quit laughing! They have not filed, they do not intend to file, have no reason to think about filing, so please put this to rest. CASTAWAYS, CASTAWAYS...

I told them we all look forward to being at the Riviera next June 17-19! And thanked them for hosting our convention.
