Just one more reason why we don't need a complex grading system. It's probable that this guy wanted to hit the Rare key and got uncirculated instead.
"Like New", isn't that comprehensive? What's uncirculated supposed to mean? Never touched a counter in the cage? Never used in a table game? Never really used in a casino.

This is going too far. Smoke free casino chips? I wouldn't want some filthy smoker to have held these, or worse a gambler! I'll never let my cat play with a chip again, for fear that it won't be "pet free".
I'd ask someone at the Palms how come chips were sold before the convention, which is according to the ad, how he got them "uncirculated" otherwise, I'd guess it's puffery to make the chips appear to be worth more than the ones used in one tournament.
