Question About Jockey Club Chips ??????

I was looking at the Bud Jones coin inlay chips
that were manufactured for the Jockey Club Las
Vegas that never opened. Are these chips a viable
collectible. I was told they are fantasy chips
and I do not agree with that. I am under the
impression that the Jockey Club was planning to
open but had licensing problems and was never
able to open. So, this is a viable collectible
chip in my opinion. I recently purchased
excellent coin inlay styles in the $5, $25, and
the $500 Bacharat chip. I paid $20.00 for the 3
chips. Do I own junk or are these nice
collectible chips. Are they worth $20.00
I appreciate you listening and would like to hear
your opinions. These chips are pictured on the
Las Vegas locator map on the chipboard.
Thank you very much,
Burt B. grin
