Great convention, sorry to be back in Cleveland so soon.

How is it that there were not enough convention chips produced to make sure
that all pre-registered members would receive
one?

Not the end of the world of course but I was sure looking forward to my goodie package. No chip inside though. Kind of like a kid opening his cracker jack box and no toy inside.

Just curious what went wrong.
