As you know I am the one who offered the Our Bar chips. The difference between what I did and what you purpose is I had them ALL.(except for a few $5.00). The promotion was a success but it was conducted by the Southern Nevada Chapter NOT the national organization.

My feeling is unless you get ALL of an issue - the only result will be hurting those individuals who have the chips in their sale/trade binder. Best, Jim
