The "attached sheet" is for our auctioner...
I imagine it would be easier on him to have the items tagged with basic information so he can invest his creative energies into working up the bidders.

But yes - cards from promotional staff - or just about anything pretaininng to the acquistions would be great....
But if you can, keep the attachments simple by having them attached in one layer.... that way, with a "one glance shot", he can see the "WHO - WHAT - WHERE and WHY YA SHOULD BUY IT" without much in-depth studying... that should keep him on a roll.
