OK, Here's the deal with Lutefisk, Hopefully everyone is not too squeamish. The Norsk's take perfectly good cod and then soak it out in lye. Now one would think that would make it edible...Au Contrair, Pierre, that turns it into a delicacy. Usually served at the American Luthern Church on Saturday afternoons. You could smell the stench 10 blocks away. Butter up a little Lefsa and chow down some Lutefisk...What could be finer...Smells like the underwear you wore at Sturgis Bike Rally for two weeks...The more you chew it, the bigger it gets. Now that appeals to a Norweigian, we are getting our money's worth...If it get's bigger we won't have to buy and eat as much!!

We are OK it's the Finn's that are strange...Don't tell them that...we just got them settled down about 75 years ago, we don't need them getting stirred up again...
