It appears, Jack, that he's used a link directly to YOUR image... over which you have complete control.

I would suggest that you do what someone did a couple of weeks ago (maybe Dave or Pete... can't remember), and merely replace the current image of the CD with another of your choosing. Just some carefully worded text would suffice.
