I would inform the seller the items arrived damaged and then take the items and the packaging to the your Post Office to file a claim. It will take at least a month to get it resolved. You will also need proof of how much you paid for the item. I would take the eBay winning bidder notice and a cancelled check or Paypal receipt to show what you paid.
