Pete, they told me it's not their problem. It's up to the bank that it is deposited with (his bank in Florida).

He started out saying "I did not get the check"
NEXT "I did not deposit the ceck"
Next "I don't see how I could have deposited that check"
Next "Let's see what your bank says"

He's come a long way from "I didn't get it"

All the while my notes sit on his desk.... for another week or so (if he does not relist them)
