That's an interesting view of the situation. What about my other 5 friends across the country that were hoping I get them this chip for their collection? If that person driving 100 miles had showed up at 1:00 like the rest of us, then he would have gotten his 5 chips. And what right does the Trop have to deny those 2 people I gave money to?
