It's only rare if you have it. Going rate on this chip is $12 - $15 (However I have seen as high as $25). I've heard a rumor, from 2 chippers, that HR is destroying the Sheryl Crow and Hootie chips because the pink chip is the same as the $500 and there has been some mispayments in the past. Recall is probably the wrong word here, as well as the rarity.
